Shipping and Delivery Policy

HealthCult delivers to all 19,100 pincodes across India.

We deliver across India. All orders are handed over to logistics companies for dispatch (called date of dispatch/shipment) within 24-48 business hours after orders are received from website.

The usual delivery timelines from date of dispatch are:
Delhi NCR : 2-3 business days
North India : 3-6 business days
Metro cities : 4-7 business days
Rest of India : 7-9 business days

Timelines for Asthalakshmi States of India, Andaman Nicobar, Lakshwadeep and Puducherry may be 8-10 business days under certain operational scenarios.

The shipping timeline might get impacted due to any unforeseen weather, regional or operational aspect. In case of any natural, operational or uncontrollable scenario we shall make the best attempt to deliver your shipment asap, but the above mentioned timelines will not hold in those cases.
 

Business day is defined as all working days excluding Sunday, public holidays and days declared as holiday by government.

Our logistics partner will attempt thrice for delivery. In case of unsuccessful attempts due to non-acceptance, wrong address, unavailability, door locked, your parcels will automatically be cancelled. Your money would therefore be refunded after deducting the two-way shipping cost incurred. 

In case of a wrong or incomplete address, we shall contact you by email to get the complete address. If the complete address is not shared within a defined timeline  we shall deduct a 2% cancellation charge (payment gateway fees) and then credit the net payment amount to your original payment mode.
